Thomas grew up in construction. His family runs JP Larouche & Sons, a third generation residential construction company established in Quebec, Canada.

He launched his own landscaping company at 14 and worked as a framer for the family business before realizing you can actually work in an air conditioned office instead of sweating outside for $20/hour and transitioned into marketing in the construction space.

In the last 24 months, he generated more than $6M in pool sales in the U.S., including $4.1M with his flagship partner, Aqua Pools & Outdoor Living. He doesn't just understand marketing. He understands job costing, pricing, sales process, project flow, and what real field operations look like day to day.
